LAPEER
Lapeer
County features beautiful rolling pastures of fame land and
peaceful country surroundings. The City of Lapeer is the the
largest city in Lapeer County. It features numerous historic
buildings, like the oldest courthouse in Michigan, the Lapeer
County Courthouse built in 1846.

Lapeer
County also encompasses the smaller communities of Hadley,
Metamora, Dryden, Almont, and other northern townships. These
four regions feature a mix of school districts that include:
Lapeer, Oxford, Goodrich, and Almont School Districts.
A branch of Mott Community College is also located near the
City of Lapeer.
